FEATURES
- sticky or don't sticky staff bar to the top of your forum (sticky staff bar is not affecting mobile view + works with [cXF] Top Navigation if sticky top navigation option is enabled)
- add options menu icon with links to options in admin control panel only for admins with permission to view options (you must log in to admin control panel first!)
- add up to 10 links to staff bar (title, URL, open in new tab)
