It allows anyone around the world to list their vote poll and ask the community the questions (by paying some TAX in ETH to the platform itself – dApp owners can set the fee as they like). Also, all the vote participants will receive the reward token for the voting, in that way you can also populate the holder amount of your token. The project owner can also set 0 TAXES for poll creation/voting.
