Permissions:
- Maximum upload cover images
- Allow user upload or remove other user cover
- Control the cover dimension
- Control the cover quality
- Limit the file size when upload new cover
- Default cover for all users did not have an custom cover.
- Automatically remove user cover when the permission 'Allow upload cover' be revoked.
- Cover gallery. All cover uploaded by users will be stored and for later use 😉

- Enable/disable avatar within cover block
