Our module is designed to enhance the communication experience between staff members and clients within the Perfex CRM platform.
It offers a direct, real-time chat client through the Perfex dashboard, allowing staff to engage with clients in a more personalized and efficient manner and set up Marketing Actions (Auto replies, Bots, Campaigns, etc).
New WhatsApp messages received are automatically added to Leads section of Perfex CRM, allowing you to convert them to Clients aswell.
The module leverages the official Cloud API of WhatsApp, enabling staff to send messages, images, attachments, videos, and voice messages to clients and creating Marketing Automations using their data and Perfex CRM’s data. It also includes status updates and integrates with Perfex CRM’s SMS notification system.
