[AndyB] Auto link manager - Allows bypassing auto linking functions for selected domains.

Allows bypassing auto linking functions for selected domains.

Auto link functions include:
Convert URLs to page titles
Unfurl URL to a rich preview automatically
Some domains will block your site from retrieving link content, so this add-on will bypass auto linking and make links standard URLs. For example ebay.com will sometimes consider repeated Unfurl functions as a bot and return "Pardon Our Interruption..." instead of the link content.
