BIG CHANGES
1. NEW FEATURE: added horizontal navigation type. Just go to Theme Options -> Desktop Navigation enable/disable horizontal navigation
2. New Feature: added new option to enable/disable page title for NFT Posts
3. Added: a new option to enable/disable similar items (for NFT items)
4. Aded: a new option to enable/disable right navigation for laptop/desktop
5. Fixed: share issue (when all share options are disabled)
6. Fixed: small issues
