Activity Watcher 1.0.2

Bumped it up to a stable version.
Replaced "Deleted Threads" and "Deleted Posts" in the navigation for "Soft Deleted Threads" and "Soft Deleted Posts".

Stable release.

Added "Posting Users" (that became not active) list. Modified navigation.

Added "Deleted Threads" and "Deleted Posts" sections, that display soft deleted threads and posts.

Pagination (top and bottom)
