AMS Discussion Thread Enhancements 1.0.9

• Fix: Properly assign linked prefix when new article is created
• Checks AMS version and skips the reaction import and thread move if 2.2.21 or higher (it's now built into the AMS core)

Fix: Use protected function for entity save (was causing conflicts with other addons)

• Fix missing "message.less" file if browsing as user/guest with no post permissions.

• Phrased the comment post made to the discussion thread (xa_ams_article_thread_new_comment)

• New option to copy newly posting article comments to the article discussion thread.
