[AndyB] Quick search 6.3

Fixed issue when enhanced search option is selected.

Now supports a scroll bar to allow viewing additional results. If upgrading from a previous version, be sure to change the Maximum results in the options page to the new default which is 100.

• Quick search now works properly in forum view even when the filters have been selected.

Fixed issue with XFRM quick search.

• Added responsive code.
