### Fixed

  • Fixed local OpenAI-compatible provider URLs when the configured base URL already ends in /v1, preventing invalid /v1/v1/... requests for model listing, connection tests, chat completions, streaming, and image generation.
  • Fixed the custom admin settings form so disabled boolean options are saved correctly for API logging and budget alerts.
  • Fixed provider configuration drift by adding DeepSeek and SD.cpp consistently to default provider options, settings UI, and exported add-on data.
