Import steps:
1) Disable "[tl] Post Reply"
2) Install "[OzzModz] Post Comments"
3) Run the importer and follow the instructions /admin.php?import
4) Uninstall "[tl] Post Reply" if all data is transferred correctly (optional)

Fixed: InvalidArgumentException: Accessed unknown getter 'thpostcomments_root_reply_count'
Fixed: Replace reply and multi-quote links option not working.

Removed the country flags from showing on comments if you have the country flags addon installed.
