Enhancements

Patients can now register in multiple hospitals using a single account, while their data remains separate for each hospital
Patients can easily switch between hospitals to view and access hospital-specific data.
Allow Admin to create Doctor Departments and Blood Groups directly from the Doctor module.
Add support for creating Blood Groups directly in the User and Patient modules.
