### Withdrawal Scope

- Added a Back Office setting to disable partial withdrawals.
- When partial withdrawals are disabled, the Front Office form submits only full-order withdrawals.
- Server-side handling forces the withdrawal scope to the full order even if a browser posts a partial-scope value.
- Product-selection mode is disabled while partial withdrawals are disabled.
