Yeah, a great thing with the OPC from Knowband (the one you linked to) is that is have zero overrides.
I have spent quite some hours the last week to adapt The Checkout for my needs. And its amazing how infantile some parts are coded. And some parts are poorly coded. This is not unique for The Checkout, a lot of commercial modules have the same issues.
